Returns & Refunds

At Wintorale, we want your dress, top, or bottom to feel right when it arrives. If it does not, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Include original packaging where practical
• Sale items remain returnable under the same 15-day window unless marked final sale on the product page

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return
2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back
3. Ship the parcel with a trackable method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we made an error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, or missing piece).

Exchanges

For a different size or colourway, we recommend returning the original piece and placing a new order for the style you want — this is usually faster while popular NEW and dress styles are moving quickly.
